Cancellation Policy:

» Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date.

» After that period, the total amount of the reservation must be paid.

» If the total amount for the stay has already been debited from the credit card over 30 days before the arrival and the client wishes to cancel the reservation, please contact the Reservations Department so that payment can be refunded.

» In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged (Service Fee and ISS included).

Payment Policy:

» For reservations confirmed on the Windsor website paid using the "Credit Card" option, the system will debit the charge automatically. If the client wishes to cancel up to 30 days before their arrival, the amount will be refunded, and the cancellation will be confirmed without charge. After this date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the booked stay at any time.

» For further information on guarantee/payment for the reservation, please contact the hotel directly.

» If the contact and/or payment for the accommodation (bank transfer/credit card) is not made up to 30 days before the check-in, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

» In case of no-show, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
