Submit your scientific papers and challenging clinical cases for the SOLACI & SBHCI 2026 Congress, which will take place from July 29 to 31 in São Paulo.

Special award
“CALCIUM CHALLENGE – BEST COMPLEX PCI CASES”
Support: Boston Scientific
With the objective of recognizing technical excellence and innovation in the management of calcified coronary lesions, the SOLACI & SBHCI Congress 2026 establishes the “CALCIUM CHALLENGE – BEST COMPLEX PCI CASES” Award.
The 8 best clinical cases addressing interventional strategies in calcified lesions will be selected and awarded, including the use of rotational atherectomy, and/or cutting balloon, alone or in combination with other contemporary plaque modification techniques.
Selection criteria
- A maximum of 3 awards will be granted to the same country.
- The use of IVUS to guide the cases is required.
Young Interventionalist Highlight
Among the selected cases, one special award will be granted to a Young Interventionalist who meets the following criteria:
- Completed medical residency
- Up to 40 years of age
If there are no applicants in this category, the award will be reallocated to other participants in the main category.
AwardThe awarded author(s) will receive economy class airfare, accommodation, and registration for TCT 2026.
PurposeThis award reinforces the commitment to advancing techniques for the preparation of calcified and complex lesions and to the development of a new generation of highly qualified interventionalists, fostering the exchange of experiences with centers of excellence worldwide.
